… may not pose a threat to the hygiene and health of users in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law. Depending on the materials used, it is necessary to strictly comply with the technology and requirements of manufacturers. Before final acceptance, a set of PZH certificates should be presented and attached to the acceptance documentation. Watch out! The contractor will also include in its overheads: − Comprehensive geodetic service, 2 ext. as-built geodetic inventory (including 1 ext. on an electronic medium). Format and content of files in vector form. File format is DWG or DXF. − Execution of as-built documentation. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a full guarantee and warranty for the subject of the contract for a minimum period of 48 months for construction works from the date of final acceptance of the entire subject of the contract. 3. The investment is co-financed by the Government Road Development Fund. The extension of the minimum guarantee and warranty period is a criterion for the evaluation of tenders.
