1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of sand in the amount of up to 1500 tons by self-discharging cars. 2. The material being the subject of the contract should meet the requirements of PN-EN 13043:2022-10 or equivalent. 3. The sand grain should not exceed 1,00 mm. Sand without organic contaminants (humus, grass, roots), without contaminants that may increase corrosion of vehicles and steel structures. 4. … Party as to the quantity and date of delivery. 6. The place of delivery is the material and equipment base in Sielce, Sielec 144, 22-122 Leśniowice. 7. Equivalent solutions. In each case of using in the description of the subject of the contract the standards referred to in Art. 1 point 2 and paragraph. 3 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contractor should assume that such reference is accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’. If references to standards are used in the documentation of the procedure, the Ordering Party shall allow solutions equivalent to those described.
