… is obliged to prepare and implement a programme of workshops comprising 30 workshops. 3) During the workshops, the Contractor is obliged to provide information on the impact of music on well-being and memory, the principles of safe use of music equipment and adapting the activity to the possibilities of participants, as well as to inspire participants to actively participate in music culture and seek their own musical inspirations. 4) The Contractor will provide participants with the opportunity to actively participate in the workshops through joint singing, rhythmic exercises, playing simple and diverse musical instruments, such as tambourines, maracas, rattles, drums, bells, claves (rhythmic sticks) and simple melodic instruments, as well as other forms of musical expression, taking into account the age, fitness and individual abilities and needs of the participants. The instruments should be safe, easy to use and adapted to the psychophysical capabilities of seniors. 5) Workshops will be held at a frequency of 1 time per month for the entire duration of the contract. 6) In addition, the Contractor is obliged to conduct 2 special music workshops during Christmas Eve meetings organized by the Ordering Party, including caroling the participants together: 1 workshop in December 2026 and 1 workshop in December 2027 2. Part 2: Handicraft workshops ‘Hands Full of Ideas’ – 56 workshops (i.e. 7 workshops with 4 meetings for each of the two groups) Total number of participants taking part in the workshops max. 50 people, Number of workshop groups: 2 groups, the number of participants at each workshop group max 25 people. 1 workshop min. 2 teaching hours (1 teaching hour = 45 min.). The contracting authority shall ensure: workshop room, tables and chairs, access to electricity, refreshments for workshop participants. Minimum thematic scope 1. Workshops for creating macrames - 8 workshops (4 for each of the two groups) 1) The Contractor provides all materials and tools necessary to create min. 1 wall macrame per person. 2) The Ordering Party requires that the materials provided enable the creation of personalized macros, i.e. The contractor provides min. 3 different colors of string and learning min. 5 different (basic) weaves / knots, including: the cord fastening node and the weave termination node. 3) The Contractor is also obliged to provide packaging enabling safe and aesthetic storage of the created macrame (e.g. paper bag, linen bag, etc.). 4) The Contractor is obliged to provide each person participating in the workshop - a script/summary of the workshop - in paper version, taking into account the basic information related to the execution of the macrame, including the basic nodes/weaves used during the workshop.
