Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): main code 34144431-8 – suction sweepers; additional code 34144430-1 – road cleaning vehicles. Financing in the form of operating leasing is a method of delivery and an element of the Contractor's performance. 7. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. The sweeper, financing, warranty conditions and mandatory inspections form one economically and functionally related subject of the contract. Joint bidding by the supplier/dealer and the funder and the use of subcontractors are allowed.
