What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the contract is a service consisting in round-the-clock physical protection of property in the form of a one-person post and monitoring of the facility located in the Park in Szczodrem, located on plots Nos. 239, 236/3, 190/2, 235/2, 238/1, 189/1, 237, 188, 189/2. The service will be performed in a manner that ensures continuity of protection 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the entire period of the contract in accordance with § 1 of the draft contract (Annex 1 to the FTZ). If the contract is concluded after the date of commencement of the service referred to in § 1 sec. 8 of the draft contract (Annex 1 to the SWC) then the remuneration will be proportionally reduced in relation to the remuneration specified in the tender.
