The FTZ was adopted as a cost estimate (indicative) on the basis of the quotation estimate contained in Annex I.7 to the FTZ. 6. The contractor will provide a guarantee for the works covered by the contract for a period of at least 48 months from the day following the date of receipt and warranty for a period of 6 months exceeding the warranty period. Note: The additional guarantee for the works (guarantee extension period) shall be scored in accordance with the tender evaluation criteria set out in point 30.2. SWZ. 7. The Contracting Authority informs that the indications of common names, trademarks, names of producers, photographs in the elements of the description of the subject of the contract, which may appear in the FTZ together with the annexes, serve only to determine visual, technical and quality characteristics. Product names, trademarks, patents or origin used in the FTZ together with the attachments should be treated as examples - the Ordering Party allows the use of equivalent products (materials, equipment). An equivalent product is a product that will have the same functional, visual, material and technical characteristics as a specific product indicated in the FTZ but is marked with a different trademark, patent or origin. The quality of the equivalent product must not be inferior to that described in the subject of the order, must not lower the standard in any way and must not change the rules and technical solutions adopted in this FTZ, and thus deprive the User of any performance, functionality, usability described or resulting from the FTZ. The contractor who accepts equivalent solutions (products) for the evaluation of the tender is obliged to prove the equivalence of the adopted solutions, including equipment and materials. In order to confirm that the offered equivalent solution meets the requirements set out in the FTZ, the Contractor is obliged to submit with the tender a detailed description / list of the offered subject of the equivalent contract, in which for each solution he will specify features allowing unambiguous identification of the solution offered and confirmation of compliance with the description of the subject of the contract. Note: Failure to submit such a description/list will be tantamount to adopting the solutions indicated in the FTZ and the annexes to the FTZ. 8. The Contracting Authority informs that if reference is made in the description of the subject-matter of the contract included in the FTZ together with the annexes to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, solutions equivalent to those described, which are understood as such technical, operational and operational solutions that ensure compliance with the minimum requirements at a level not worse than that specified in the aforementioned documents, respectively, allowing to obtain the effect assumed by the Contracting Authority by means of the technical solutions indicated in the FTZ together with the annexes, are allowed. If reference is made in the FTZ together with annexes to specific standards or other regulations to be met by materials, equipment, devices and other goods as well as performed and tested works, the provisions of the latest edition or revised edition shall apply.
