… Annex 3 to the , C FTZ. The Contractor is responsible for all deliveries, including the course and timely performance of the subject-matter of the contract, for quality, compliance with the technical and quality conditions specified for the subject-matter of the contract. The Contractor is responsible for meeting other requirements specified in the model contract and resulting from applicable law. D. Delivering the subject of the order by own transport and at your own expense and risk, to the School Workshops of the Technical School Complex in Mikołów at ul. Room 2, E. Unloading the subject of the order from the means of transport and transporting it (bringing it) to the electrical workshop located on the 1st floor, and then unpacking from the packaging, F. Connecting the subject of the order to the network and checking the correctness of its operation, G. Carrying out a two-hour stationary instruction for 2 teachers of the Technical School Complex in Mikołów to the extent necessary to handle the subject of the order, H. Providing service under the quality guarantee, as well as after-warranty service under separate conditions, I. Providing along with delivery of the subject of the order documents indicated in the OTS and any other documents allowing the Ordering Party to use the subject of the order, in accordance with the law and in accordance with its technical and economic purpose (all documents specified in this point should be drawn up in Polish or translated into Polish). J. The minimum warranty period for the subject of the contract is 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. The warranty period is equal to the warranty period.
