Subject of the contract: Provision of hotel and restaurant services and conference room rental for the organized International Security Session within the project entitled "CyberShield

… participants of training entitled: “Artificial Intelligence in the Public Service – Practical Aspects, Data Security and Privacy Protection” organised under the project “CyberShield – Strengthening the Police’s Competence in Combating Cybercrime” co-financed by the Internal Security Fund 2021-2027 (No FBWP.03.01-IZ.00-0002/24). 2. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the Agreement be realized in one hotel complex with a minimum 4-star standard, located in accordance with the conditions set out in point 3. By one hotel complex, the contracting authority means the free use of infrastructure without the need to go outside the building. 3. Place of action: the facility located outside the administrative boundaries of the city of Radom, not more than 150 km from the headquarters of the KWP with its registered office in Radom, ul. 11 November 37/59, 26-600 Radom in Mazowieckie Voivodship. Verification of the distance illustrating the calculation of the shortest route from the KWP building with its registered office in Radom to the place of provision of the service will be carried out by the contracting authority itself on the basis of printouts from the website http://www.google.pl/maps ‘arrange a car route’. If the distance indicated is exceeded, the offer will be rejected. 4. At the stage of examination of tenders, the contracting authority reserves the right to conduct a visual inspection at the facility where, in accordance with the submitted tender (deemed to be the most advantageous in the course of the procedure in question), a meeting will be held. The inspection will be carried out by representatives of the Organizer together with the potential contractor of the service in order to check the compliance of the offer with the description of the subject of the contract. 5. The performance of the service includes performance within one hotel complex in accordance with the OPZ – constituting Annex 1 to the FTZ: 1) hotel services, 2) rental of conference rooms, 3) restaurant services. The contracting authority allows the contractor to offer the same conference room, provided that this does not hinder the way in which the contract is carried out. The organizer of the conference, training is the ordering party and it is the ordering party who secures the training staff and training materials. The subject of the contract is not the conference organization service, training by the contractor.
