Winter mechanical maintenance of municipal roads including streets in the city of Gostyń

… failure to pass the reported work; 2) Hardware base location: the equipment and storage base should be located no more than 30 km from the city limits of Gostyń; 3) Winter maintenance of roads by snow removal in a way that ensures continuity of passage according to existing weather conditions; 4) Removing snow from streets or roads by scraping snow cover over its entire width and length. The snow collected shall not prevent or hinder the movement of vehicles, in particular: at intersections, entrances, exits, bus stops, pedestrian areas; 5) The Contractor will be obliged to perform a 24-hour telephone standby for the purpose of winter maintenance of access routes before the occurrence of snowfall sprinkling with salt of hills and places indicated by the Ordering Party, each time not later than 2 hours; as well as on each call of the Ordering Party. 6) Performing by the Contractor 24/7 on-call duty in the period from 01.11.2026 to 31.03.2027, i.e. a maximum of 151 days (in the absence of services to remove the effects of winter). On-call pay will not be paid for the days on which the winter recovery service will be provided. 7) The Contractor shall ensure the proper organisation and coordination of the service by securing the necessary staff and equipment. 8) The Contractor bears full responsibility for the quality, timeliness and safety of the service; 9) The equipment and machines provided for the execution of the order should be kept in constant readiness for operation; 10) Operation, repair and overhaul of the equipment provided for the performance of the service shall be the responsibility of the Contractor; 11) Working time is the actual working time of equipment when clearing snow and sprinkling streets - access to the base in connection with loading or refuelling equipment will not be counted as working time; 12) The Contractor is obliged to use a salt and sand mixture prepared by the Ordering Party and stored in the ZGKiM in Gostyń at ul. At Cana 107. 13) The Contractor will comply with health and safety regulations and provisions resulting from the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251 as amended); 14) The Contractor will be available 24 hours a day, including Sundays, Saturdays and public holidays, to provide services during the winter maintenance of roads; 15) The Contractor shall be liable for damages caused during the winter road maintenance operations in relation to third parties; 16) The Contractor accepts full material liability for any damage occurring in the course of performance of the contract for reasons attributable to him; 17) In the event of damage to third parties, the Contractor undertakes to cover it in full; 18) The size of the order depends on the prevailing weather conditions. The remuneration for the performance of services will be the remuneration for the time actually worked by the equipment documented by work reports confirmed by the employees of the Municipal Office in Gostyń. 19) The Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with GPS devices intended for monitoring the equipment used to perform the task.
