The Contractor assumes the task of comprehensively performing the duties of an investor supervision inspector for a fee in the field of, inter alia, technical, timely, financial and reporting, in particular in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994, its implementing provisions and other applicable law, in particular health and safety regulations, environmental protection regulations, as well as applicable technical standards and the principles of technical knowledge and construction art. The Contractor undertakes to act in accordance with the current legal and technical situation, ensuring that supervision is properly carried out in accordance with the principles of professionalism and professional diligence. 4. The supervision service includes, in particular, supervision, verification of the completeness and compliance of the design documentation and PFU with the technical conditions, applicable law and the requirements of the Ordering Party, as well as control and supervision over the proper implementation of construction works by the Contractor, in accordance with the provisions, principles of technical knowledge and the provisions of the contract. 5. The Contractor’s responsibilities shall include, in particular: 1) performing the activities of a supervision inspector in accordance with the provisions of, in particular, Articles 25 and 26 of the Construction Law, 2) control and verification of technical solutions contained in the presented concepts and technical documentation, 3) coordination and supervision over the implementation of design changes, 4) monitoring the schedule of works, 5) drawing up records of receipt of documentation, 6) documenting findings and decisions regarding design changes or notes to documentation, 7) cooperation with the designer and the investor, including consulting the designer and the investor with any doubts regarding the project, 8) supervision over the compliance of the contractor's activities with applicable law, in particular with the Construction Law and OHS and environmental protection regulations, 9) handing over the construction site to the contractor, with the participation of the Employer, 10) technical control of works in terms of compliance with technical documentation, contract conditions, applicable provisions of construction law, current on the day of performance of works, building art, standards and applicable legal provisions, 11) controlling the quality of works performed, 12) ensuring the proper and timely implementation of the investment, 13) checking the proper security and organization of the construction site, 14) verifying, reviewing and approving the applications submitted by the Contractor for the approval of materials and equipment, 15) checking the completeness and correctness of documents drawn up by the Contractor during the implementation of the project and works (including financial settlements), in accordance with the provisions of the contract with the Contractor, 16) representing the Ordering Party on the construction site in all technical issues related to the implementation of the investment, 17) ongoing solving of technical problems of construction, 18) agreeing with the Ordering Party on any changes related to the construction
