The subject-matter of the contract does not include the operational management of the implementation of the project, the execution of the works and management tasks within the project, the management of the project team or technical supervision. General remarks 1. The purpose of the contract is to ensure correct, reliable and timely financial and indicator settlement of the implemented project, in accordance with the conditions set out in the grant agreement, the applicable guidelines and the requirements of the financing institution. 2. The subject of the contract is, in particular, to ensure the correct settlement of the expenditure incurred and to demonstrate the extent to which the objectives and indicators of the project have been achieved, in such a way as to enable the Contracting Authority to correctly settle the co-financing received and to limit the risk of irregularities resulting in particular in ineligible expenditure, the imposition of financial corrections or the obligation to reimburse part of the co-financing. 3. The purpose of the service is also to ensure compliance of the financial and indicative documentation of the project with the requirements of the competent institutions, proper preparation and verification of data and documents necessary to settle the project, as well as to identify and eliminate potential irregularities that may affect the amount of co-financing due. 4. The implementation of the contract is to ensure the security of the project settlement process for the Contracting Authority by professional verification of the correctness of the expenditure incurred, its eligibility and the manner of demonstrating the achievement of the assumed indicators, and consequently the correct and full settlement of the project before the competent institution. 5. Planned duration of the contract: 31.12.2028, provided that the actual date of implementation will result from the provisions of the contract and the schedule for the implementation of the Project. Attached is the current timetable for the implementation of the Project, which is attached to the FTZ. The Contracting Authority reserves that the schedule may be modified within the indicated project implementation period, without affecting the amount of remuneration. 6. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law Act, provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option (‘Option’). The option provided by the Ordering Party consists in extending the deadline for the completion of the subject of the contract. The option will be settled based on the price for the month of service provided, provided in the offer form. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using the option up to a maximum of 5 months. The Ordering Party shall be entitled to submit a statement on the use of the Option or part thereof during the term of the contract for the implementation of the subject of the contract. The Ordering Party may not use the Option or use the Option in part, and the Contractor will not have any claim against the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party may submit a statement on the use of the Option repeatedly, until the maximum time limit is reached. 7. Execution of the contract covered by the option right is a right of the Ordering Party, which it may, but does not have to, use. 8. Ordering party n
