Deliveries of opal oil are foreseen until the contractual amount is exhausted. 8) Final customers will conclude separate specific contracts resulting from this proceeding. 9) The Contractor is obliged to properly secure the goods for the duration of transport, with which he bears full responsibility. 10) Payment will be made by bank transfer to the Contractor's bank account indicated in the VAT invoice, within 21 days from the date of receipt by the Final Recipient of a correctly issued invoice.
