The item in PART 3 covers the purchase, delivery and unloading of 90 pieces of street baskets intended for the collection of waste from the road lane, recreational areas and other public areas in the municipality of Kosakowo. The contract shall cover in particular: - making baskets as described; - delivery of brand new baskets; - transport to places indicated by the Ordering Party; - unloading; - marking the baskets with a permanent logo of the Ordering Party. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, the conditions of performance and the obligations of the Contractor shall be determined by: - Description of the subject-matter of the contract – Annex No 9 to the FTZ, - Draft provisions of the contract – Annex No 6.3 to the FTZ.
