… implementation of the task. 2) construction of 114 household biological sewage treatment plants in accordance with the design documentation prepared by the Contractor, including; a) supply of equipment and materials, i.e.: delivery of factory-complete PBOŚ (compliant with EN 12566-3+A2: 2013) together with certificates, delivery of sewage pumping stations (if required in a given location), delivery of additional materials (pipes, fittings, distribution wells, drainage elements / drainage tunnels, etc.), b) construction and assembly works, i.e.: earthworks (excavations, ballasts, protections, equipment dumps), installation and foundation of treatment plant tanks and construction of sanitary and electrical connections, execution of wastewater disposal systems (drainage drainage, tunnels, absorbent wells, etc.), restoration of the site to its original state (planting, husking, surface restoration), technical and technological start-up of the installation, individual training of all users, preparation and submission of detailed instructions for operation (operation), c) execution of as-built geodetic survey (separately for each location), preparation of post-construction documentation and obtaining final acceptances from the Investor, d) preparation of a report after completion of the task, in which the results will be presented by the Contractor to the extent that it is possible to determine compliance with the wastewater treatment parameters.
