… related to Zad.1 Renovation of the district road No 1184K Uniejów Kolonia – Pstroszyce II in Uniejów Parcela, Uniejów Kolonia in km 0+000 - 0+072 and in km 0+132-1+620 The subject of the contract includes: Preparing WORKS  shearing the sides mechanically, thickness up to 10·cm, BITUMICZNA WARSTWA  execution of abrasive profile-reinforcing waist made of asphalt concrete, thickness 6 cm for KR3 movement BROADWAY  execution of sides made of crushed stone aggregate, mechanically stabilized thickness 7 cm, width. 0.75 m 1.2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in (for task 1): 1) the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works, 2) the specifications for the contract, 3) an extract from the project documentation 4) the bill of quantities of the works. In the event of discrepancies or inaccuracies in the records of individual documents included in the procedure documentation, it is assumed that the data were correctly presented according to the hierarchy of documents resulting from the order in which they were listed above. The pre-measures attached to the FTZ are for information purposes only and are ancillary to the evaluation of the offer. After consulting the design documentation and other documents of the procedure, the contractor is obliged to determine the scope of works necessary to achieve the result. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract using his own equipment and materials. 4. The contractor is obliged to separate and secure the site of the works. 5. The contractor is responsible for carrying out the works, partial acceptance (if applicable) and organisation (OSH, firefighting, and coordination in the field of OSH) on the site of the works. All activities should be carried out and performed on the basis of current standards and regulations. 6. It is recommended that the contractor carries out an on-site inspection at the construction site and obtains all the information that may be necessary to prepare the tender. A vision is recommended but is not a necessary condition for submitting an offer within the meaning of Article 131(2) of the Act. 7. The contracting authority does not reserve the possibility of applying for a contract only by the contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act. 9.
