Detailed Description of the subject of the Order is the design documentation, which includes: 1) land development project – constituting Annex 1A to the FTZ; 2) architectural and construction project – constituting Annex 1B to the FTZ. 3) technical design - executive design - constituting Annex 1C to the FTZ. 4) Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works – constituting Annex 1D to the FTZ. 5) Measurements of works – constituting Annex 1E to the FTZ. The contracting authority informs that the work dimensions attached to the FTZ do not determine the scope of the contract. The contractor itself should verify and determine whether it is necessary to carry out works other than those specified in the work orders and whether the quantities given are correct. The contractor is obliged to include in the price all costs for works necessary for the proper performance of the contract, in accordance with the technology of works specified in the FTZ and in the documents accompanying the FTZ describing the subject of the contract. Pre-measures are informative and auxiliary in calculating the price of the offer. 6) Ground tests – geotechnical opinion – attached as Annex 1F to the FTZ. 7) Formal documents constituting Annex 1G to the FTZ, including: a) Decision No 219/2025 of 12 November 2025 approving the land development project and the architectural and construction project and granting the building permit for the PGL LP Rzepin Forest District (ref.: AB.6740.308.2025.ADom); Technical conditions for connection to the water supply network; c) Conditions for connection to the power grid of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. dated 23.05.2025 (ref.: 25028/2025/OD2/ZR5); The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be: - City: Rzepin, ul.
