Sensory Experience Park – revitalization of Michał Skrzypczak Park in Międzychód, divided into 3 parts

… making lawns - revitalization of existing ones (fertilization of fertile soil, leveling the ground, winning possible stones and impurities of seed sowing *.) *Taking into account the extremely unfavorable date of seeding the need to verify the viability of the planted grass in the spring of 2027 and making possible seedings. - planting the hedge (digging a ditch under the planned hedge, seasoning it with fertile soil enriched with granulated manure and hydrogel, careful mixing and making plantings, abundant watering, planted hedge cover with chips), - concreteing of the paved surface, - making pedestrian strings with a natural permeable surface, - assembling elements of small architecture, - renovation of the concert shell. The detailed scope of works is detailed in the design documentation and work orders. 2. - II PART - Land development including the construction of parking spaces: - construction of a manoeuvring area with a surface of concrete eco-cream, - construction of an access road with a surface of concrete eco-cream, - construction of a reinforced surface of geo-cream, - reconstruction of the surface of the existing exit from the concrete cube at ul. Mickiewicza, - lowering the curb at the pedestrian crossing at ul. It's Mickiewicz's. The detailed scope of works is detailed in the design documentation and work orders. 3. Development of the land within the ‘Kurhaus’ building and the descent towards the Municipal Lake - making flower rebates, including: preparation of the site, careful weeding, removal of stones, preparation of depressions for plants, treatment with fertile soil with an admixture of hydrogel and granulated manure, planting of plants, made evenly with the ground, making a mulch layer of bark or fine wood chips.
