The Ordering Party allows the possibility of changing the date of performance of the subject of the contract specified in § 4 only in the following cases: a) in the event of force majeure, i.e. a random external event, the consequences of which cannot be predicted (e.g. intense excessive weather conditions, e.g. rain, snow, hail, hurricane, air temperature, as well as strike, war, epidemic), and if necessary to take measures to limit the effects of force majeure.
