What the buyer is looking for
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign trade in the field of receiving, sorting, transporting and delivering postal items and their possible return, as well as the provision of parcel collection services from the premises of the Ordering Party. 2. The services that are the subject of the contract will be provided in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, in particular the Postal Law Act of 23 November 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws Journal of Laws of 2026, item 558) and implementing acts issued on the basis of it, additionally in the case of foreign shipments in accordance with international postal regulations, i.e. the Universal Postal Convention and its implementing acts. 3.
