The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to provide a guarantee: - for water meters 5 years from the date of installation of the device; - for new radio overlays with batteries 5 years from the date of installation; The relevant statement can be found in the Tender Form. 5. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor, during the performance of the contract, has a valid civil liability insurance for a sum of at least PLN 500 000.00 . Detailed requirements are described in § 9 of the Model Contract. 6. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide in the submitted offer in the Price Form the exact name of the manufacturer and model of the offered devices that meet the requirements of the Ordering Party included in the Description of the subject of the contract, including: water meters, heat meters and radio overlays.
