The Supplier is obliged to offer the Ordering Party all elements covered by the order in accordance with the parameters specified by the Ordering Party, 4) the Supplier is obliged to transport and assemble if the supplied equipment is required. The Contractor shall inform the Ordering Party and agree with the Ordering Party on the date and time of delivery. Detailed Description of the subject of the contract and the requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the parameters of the offered equipment are specified in the procurement documents contained in Annex 8 to the FTZ: Detailed list of elements and draft provisions of the agreement constituting Annex 6 to the FTZ.
