Execution of the order by one Contractor will also enable maintaining uniform responsibility for the proper operation of the entire set, including the correct cooperation of the machine with the delivered equipment, and will ensure consistency of warranty, service and after-sales service conditions. The division of the contract between several contractors could lead to difficulties in determining liability in the event of failure or incorrect cooperation of individual elements, as well as the need for additional coordination of supplies and the risk of supplying equipment incompatible with the basic machine. At the same time, the nature and scope of the contract do not indicate that the lack of division into lots would lead to an unjustified restriction of competition. The subject of the contract is a typical for the market supply of a complete backhoe loader with accessories, which can be carried out by entities involved in the sale and supply of such machines. In view of the above, the Contracting Authority considered that the division of the contract into lots was not justified from a technical, organisational or economic point of view and could cause excessive difficulties in the performance of the contract. II. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is attached as Annex 7 to the FTZ. III. The contracting authority requires that all the offered objects of the contract be covered by a guarantee period of at least 24 months or a minimum of 2000 MTH (which will be the first one) awarded on the terms specified in the contract/draft provisions of the public contract. IV. Place of performance of the contract (place of delivery): the municipality of Miechów, the place will be indicated by the Ordering Party.
