… subject of the contract specified in the FTZ (Annex 1a) is described by an indication of the trademark, patent or origin, equivalent solutions are allowed, i.e. having characteristics, parameters, use not worse than described in the subject of the contract. It shall be for the Contractor to demonstrate the equivalence of the item offered. The other conditions relating to the organisation of that part of the contract are set out in the model contract attached as Annex 3 to the FTZ. 4.3 The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract at his own expense to the District Environmental Self-Help House in Golub-Dobrzyń, ul. dr. Jerzy Gerard Koppa 1A, 87-400 Golub-Dobrzyń. In addition: - The Contractor is obliged to notify the Ordering Party by telephone at least 1 working day in advance of the planned date of delivery of the subject of the contract between 7:30 and 14:30. Working days are the days of the week from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. - The Contractor shall be liable for defects and damages arising during the transport of the subject of the contract. - The final receipt of the subject of the contract delivered by the Contractor will be made on the basis of the acceptance protocol. The acceptance report will be drawn up after checking the delivered subject of the order. - In the event of non-conformity of the delivery with the FTZ and/or with the Contractor's offer, the Contractor is obliged to replace the defective subject of the contract with a defect-free one, and in the event of quantitative deficiencies, to deliver the difference resulting from the FTZ and the Contractor's offer and the actual delivery within the time limit set by the Ordering Party. 3.9. This task is co-financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities under the ‘Programme for Compensating Differences between Regions III’ in area D – ‘New Bus – New Opportunities’.
