NOTE 1: Construction works will be carried out in a functioning school and should be carried out in such a way as to ensure the absolute safety of pupils and staff. All places will be planned and agreed with the Employer and the School Director. Detailed security requirements are set out in Annex 5 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract and Annex 4 – Draft provisions of the contract. NOTE 2! The Ordering Party requires that finishing materials (lectures, paints, suspended ceilings, doors) have current PZH hygienic certificates allowing their use in public buildings of the school type, fire resistance certificates and anti-slip certificates NOTE 3! Colors of walls, carpets, glazes, lighting to be agreed with the Ordering Party. 4. The other conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex 4 to the FTZ.
