The above-mentioned documents are to be regarded as complementary. 5. Before starting the installation of lamps, the Contractor is obliged to obtain the consent of the Ordering Party for the installation of the proposed LED lamps. In order to obtain the above-mentioned consent, the Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with appropriate certificates, declarations and other documents confirming compliance with the minimum technical requirements of LED luminaires specified in Annex II. No. 12 to SWZ.
