… they will be used and to the elements located in these rooms. Installation will be preceded by making appropriate measurements at the Contractor's expense and will consist in particular in setting, hanging or leveling individual elements making up the subject of the contract Purchase of furniture together with their delivery to AGRO Hotel Facility in Wrocław at ul. Winner 4 will be held under the conditions set out in the relevant provisions of the agreement constituting Annex 5 to the FTZ. The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract to the seat of the Contracting Authority at its own expense and risk, in the quantity specified in Annex 1A to the FTZ. Delivery will take place on working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday during the Ordering Party's working hours, i.e. 7:00 to 14:00 or another date agreed with the Ordering Party. The costs of insurance, transport and delivery of the subject of the contract shall be borne by the Contractor.
