… in the specification of winter road maintenance works; Sectors to the UD – Annex 1 to the FTZ (sectors 3 to 13). 2. ) PART II - Combating winter slipperiness and snow removal of district roads in the commune and the city of Ciechanowiec: a) The subject of the contract concerns the provision of snow-cleaning and anti-slippery services on district roads in the above-mentioned municipality and city in the 2026/2027 season using a road grader, a tractor with a sandblaster and a unilateral or bilateral plow, specialized equipment for snow-cleaning and sprinkling pavements; b) Piaskosól is provided by the Ordering Party, and the loading of sandosoles with the Contractor's own equipment on the ZDP square, i.e. Ciechanowiec, ul. Kuczyńska 20; c) Comprehensive de-snowing of pavements (manually or using light equipment for winter maintenance of pavements) - the rate for de-snowing and sprinkling both sides of pavements for 1 km, pedestrian crossings, streets in the areas subordinate to ZDP Wysokie Mazowieckie in the city of Ciechanowiec; d) Snow removal of pavements and streets with their sprinkling should be carried out within 3 hours of notification, but no later than 7.30. (does not apply to the period of heavy snow-storms). In the case of heavy snowfall, the deadline may be extended, after agreement with the Ordering Party; Sectors to the UD – Annex No 1 to the FTZ (sector No 1-2).
