… the Facility Manager, the Facility Director, 6) building project for construction purposes in all sectors (including: architectural-construction, construction, sanitary, electrical, teletechnical) ensuring the comprehensive operation of the facility, together with information from the BIOZ and taking into account the requirements of the fire expert's report, 7) technical design of all industries, 8) executive design in all industries, detailing technical designs, to the extent necessary to prepare the work order, investor's cost estimate and preparation of the offer by the Contractor of construction works, 9) workshop design of the structure (if it is necessary to perform it), 10) work order and investor's cost estimate in all industries (adopted to the valuation of the value and amount of add-ons must be up-to-date as at the date of submitting the investor's cost estimate to the Contracting Authority), 11) detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiOR) for all industries, 12) information on safety and health protection, 13) preparation of fire safety instructions, fire scenario, etc. (in case of interference with existing safety systems and evacuation method). 3.
