… the Hunting Accommodation (i.e. the parking lot located in front of the accommodation unit, footpath, etc.); - Maintaining cleanliness inside the shelter intended for guests of the Hunting Accommodation; - Maintaining and nurturing greenery within the Hunting Accommodation; - Checking the guests staying in the Hunting Quarter with the help of an appropriate register. The records kept by the Contractor shall be kept up-to-date and shall include at least: information identifying the guest, the number of days of accommodation, if necessary the company address and invoice details, the scope of services provided (number of meals, specifying their types, number of bedding and towel replacements, etc.). A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, the manner in which individual activities are carried out and the frequency with which they are carried out, as well as an estimate of the quantitative scope necessary to perform the services, are set out in Annex 6.1 to the FTZ. 2) Providing catering services consisting in providing food for the guests of the Hunting Accommodation, including in particular: - Preparation and delivery of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, dinners and outdoor meals to the place indicated by the Ordering Party; - Supply of beverages; - Covering the table; - Preparing a coffee service. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, the manner in which individual activities are carried out and the frequency with which they are carried out, as well as an estimate of the quantitative scope necessary to perform the services, are set out in Annex No 6.2. to the FTZ.
