… tractor offered and the additional requirement of compatibility of sweeping brushes with the TYM T575 SH tractor owned by the Ordering Party, completeness of the mounting accessories, compliance with health and safety standards, fire protection and road traffic approvals, CE certificates and approvals, a minimum 36-month warranty period (at least 2000 motohours / mth), the Ordering Party's authorisation for ongoing maintenance works and consent to the installation of monitoring systems for operating parameters and vehicle marking; 2. General requirements on how the contract is to be performed – regulating, inter alia: delivery deadline of up to 90 calendar days, at the Contractor's expense to the place indicated by the Ordering Party located in the capital city of Warsaw (clean tractor, with a fuel tank refueled to min. 80% of its capacity), pick-up procedure, carrying out stationary instruction and certified service training for the Ordering Party's mechanics and electricians, full warranty service (response up to 3 working days, removal of failures up to 14 working days or a replacement vehicle), list of technical and registration documentation, prohibition of the use of prototype solutions and restrictions on the origin of equipment (the Ordering Party only allows the delivery of goods or services that originate from EU Member States and countries that are covered by the World Trade Organisation Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) or other international agreements) and cybersecurity requirements. The description of the subject of the contract includes a detailed description of the technical and operational parameters of the tractor and each of the elements of the work equipment, as well as: 1. Additional requirements for the subject-matter of the contract – covering, inter alia: the requirement of brand new equipment (year of production not earlier than 2025), full compatibility and technical adjustment of all offered accessories to the proposed tractor, delivery of complete assembly and connection accessories, compliance with health and safety standards, fire protection, ergonomics and road traffic approval, CE declarations of conformity, a minimum 36-month warranty period (with a minimum limit of 2000 motohours / mth), the Employer's authorization to carry out ongoing maintenance and repair work, as well as consent to marking the machine with the Employer's logotypes and installing monitoring systems for work and fuel without losing the warranty and 2. General requirements on how the contract is to be performed – regulating, inter alia: maximum delivery time of up to 90 calendar days at the Contractor's expense to the place indicated by the Ordering Party located in cities
