The Ordering Party shall inform the Contractor in writing that it will use the resumption of the order at the latest 1 (one) month before the deadline for completion. The Contractor is obliged to submit a written declaration of consent to the resumption of the order within 14 days from the date of receipt of information from the Ordering Party about the resumption of the order. In the absence of a reply from the Contractor within the above-mentioned period, the Contracting Authority will consider that the Contractor does not agree to the renewal of the contract. During the renewal period, the provisions of this Agreement shall apply. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the possibility of applying for a contract only by the Contractors referred to in Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. social cooperatives and other contractors having the status of sheltered workshops, whose main purpose or the main purpose of the activities of their organisationally separate units that will carry out the contract is the social and professional integration of socially marginalised people.
