… Defence Programme for the years 2025-2026 – Area 2: Securing logistics and ensuring continuity of supply. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 7 to the FTZ. Viewing locations are marked on the attached photos - Annex No. 8 to the FTZ. II. Local Vision 1. The Contracting Authority informs that it requires the Contractor to submit a tender after a mandatory on-site inspection of all locations. 2. The tenders of the Contractors who do not take part in the on-site visit will be rejected pursuant to Art. 1 point 18) of the Public Procurement Law. The on-site visit will be confirmed with the participation of a representative of the Contractor and the Ordering Party – by a written statement from the representative of the Contractor (who intends to submit an offer in the proceedings in question) and the Ordering Party, drawn up in two copies - one copy for each party. 3. Information on carrying out the vision: a) the local vision will take place on two dates: 25.09.2026 r., 29.09.2026 r. and 01.10.2026 r. b) the condition for participation in the on-site visit within the indicated dates is the submission of an application to the Ordering Party by the Contractor, through the purchasing platform https://platformazakupowa.pl/transaction/1368990 regarding the present proceedings, providing a proposal for the date (25.09.2026 r. or 29.09.2026 r. or 01.10.2026 r.) and the time corresponding to the Contractor and, if possible, the contact telephone number. c) the date and time of the visit will be confirmed to the Contractor each time, through the purchasing platform and by telephone, if the contact number is indicated in the application. d) The Ordering Party estimates the time necessary to make a tour of all locations +/- 2 hours.
