What the buyer is looking for
1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the maintenance of visualization systems at NBP facilities, within which the Contractor will perform, in particular, hardware maintenance, system software service, prepare an update of as-built documentation of SW, diagnose SW failures and provide a support service. 2. OPTION: The Ordering Party reserves the option of extending the term of the Agreement by an additional 12 months, i.e. from 1 January 2029 to 31 December 2029 for any number of NBP facilities. The Contractor may not refuse to perform the contract to the extent covered by the option, provided that the Ordering Party submits a declaration on its use, at least 30 days before the expiry of the term of the contract referred to in § 2 sec. 1 Proposed provisions of the agreement. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions and rules for the performance of the contract are set out in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 8 to the FTZ.
