… under the investment in question. The Contracting Authority shall grant the Contractor all necessary powers of attorney to obtain, in particular, a building permit/notification. Scope of works (B). The contractor will perform the works in accordance with the development, design and implementation documentation accepted by the engineer and the Ordering Party. The construction works consist of: Preparatory work: development of the construction site, including: - construction facilities, - provision of utilities necessary for the needs of construction, - temporary fences, - access roads to facilities, - fire protection and health and safety equipment, - full geodetic service at the design stage, execution of works and as-built inventory with bringing to the state geodetic resource, - removal of existing trees, grubbing up trees and shrubs and remaining greenery (management of harvested wood to be agreed with the Investor) - earthworks to be carried out mechanically and manually, - removal of the humus layer, - demolition works, demolition of pond dykes, demolition of road slabs, - earthworks (embankments, excavations), - transport of land to embankments, incorporation of land into the embankment, - density of embankments to the extent consistent with the documentation, - humusing: embankment slopes, trench slopes, road lane terrain, Technological works: - silencing of the pond to the average depth indicated in the PZT together with the removal of the excavated material for a distance of up to 1 km, the Contracting Authority permits the development of the obtained excavated material on the investment site after checking the suitability for the above-mentioned purposes, - construction of fortification of the pond edges (stone overlay) - construction of fortification of the inner edges of the pond with a slope of 1:1,5-2 along with sowing a mixture of grasses, - construction of new monks and drainage devices, valves, diameters and parameters to be selected on the basis of calculations, - silencing of the groove, technical parameters to be selected on the basis of calculations (width, slope slope, depth), - construction of outlets from ponds, diameters to be selected on the basis of calculations and required arrangements, - construction of paved exits, - installation of small architecture elements, - construction of 2.00-3.00m wide pond dikes slope 1:1,5 - 1:3 (material delivered or local after the Inspector's approval), - felling and grubbing up trees, bushes on investment plots, scope at the project stage to be agreed with the Investor.
