The label on the unit packet should include, inter alia: the name, logo and address of the manufacturer; a description of how the product is used; a description of the chemical composition; Duration of effective action in the case of disinfectants; e) Method of dosing; Information on precautions in the form of graphic symbols; The quantity and capacity of the unit packet and any outside packaging; (h)Series number and date of manufacture; i) Shelf life. 4) When supplying liquids and products for dishwashers, the Contractor is obliged to adjust the Ordering Party's devices in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations for dispensing the product. 5) The offered subject of the contract on the date of preparation of the offer may not be provided by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale. 6) If there is an indication of specific product names / trademarks in the FTZ or annexes to the FTZ, they should not be treated as requirements relating to the subject of the contract, only as an indication of an informative / descriptive nature, indicating the chemical composition, use and purpose of a given product / product or determining the standard and quality values by the Ordering Party. 7) Before signing the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with up-to-date safety data sheets, authorisations for placing biocidal substances on the market (in paper and electronic versions) and/or PZH hygiene and health certificates authorising them for use. In addition, the Contractor is obliged to regularly update them in the event of a change. 8) The Ordering Party informs that the quantities given in the assortment price form are estimated quantities used to compare offers. 9) The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantities of products specified in Annex 1 to the FTZ, depending on its needs, while maintaining the unit prices specified in that Annex (assortment and price form). Changes in this respect do not require an amendment to the Agreement in writing in the form of an annex to the Agreement. 10) Depending on the current needs, the Ordering Party has the right to order products in a value less than the specified contract value, 11) A detailed description of the required products and estimated quantities are described in the assortment and price form, constituting Annex 1 to the FTZ.
