… architecture and lighting. 2. The material scope of the contract includes all works, activities and works necessary for the performance of the investment task, including the following elements: a. Surveying and measuring works b. Preparatory works, inter alia: - removal by milling of the existing layer of resin together with the compensation layer from the slab of the existing skatepark - transfer of the existing 3 external gym equipment to the place indicated by the School Directorate - transfer of the existing pot to the place indicated by the School Directorate - Implementation of security measures for access roads and areas owned by Housing Cooperative ‘Młyniec’ in accordance with the provisions of the draft loan agreement (Annex No 2 to the Description of the subject of the contract) and the Gdańsk Greens Board. - Demolition of the school fence to improve the accessibility of the technological road through which supplies of materials for construction will be carried out - felling of 1 piece of tree, for which the Contracting Authority has a decision authorising the felling and securing the rest of the stands located on the route of the technological road in accordance with Order No 279/25 of the Mayor of the City of Gdańsk of 14 February 2025 on the introduction of the ‘Gdańsk Charter for Trees’. c. The reconstruction of the skatepark is divided into two parts: Renovated existing part of the skatepark - shaping the geometry of styrofoam figures (min. EPS 200) - making devices and obstacles - making concrete pavement - making expansion joints after the trace of expansion joints in the existing board - filling expansion joints with polyurethane mass Construction of a new part of the skatepark - making a substructure of natural aggregate - shaping the geometry of sand or aggregate figures and compaction with layers - making devices and obstacles - making concrete pavement - making expansion joint joints - filling expansion joints with polyurethane mass - shaping of slopes with reinforcement d. Execution of linear drainage e. Execution of lighting together with a power supply/control box - assembly and installation of 4 pcs. lighting poles together with 8 pcs. lighting fixtures f. Expansion of the existing monitoring network with additional 2 monitoring points along with replacement of elements of the system. 4 benches h. Delivery and assembly of the statutory plaque i. Making plantings of low-grade greenery j. Arrangement of the land and restoration of greenery k. Reconstruction of the demolished school fence l. Reconstruction of the removed elements from the premises of the Housing Cooperative ‘Młyniec’. m. Making replacement plantings for the removed tree under the administrative decision obtained n. The detailed scope of the contract and the conditions of implementation are set out in the description of the subject of the contract, which is attached as Annex 7 to the FTZ. The other conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which constitute Annex 8 to the FTZ.
