… which with due diligence will take active action immediately after receiving a signal of danger to the facility - the time of arrival of the intervention group from the moment of notification to the moment of arrival at the Contracting Authority's facility may not be longer than 15 minutes from 6:00 to 22:00 and not longer than 10 minutes from 22:00 to 6:00 , 6. Intervention in situations related to the so-called difficult clients during the Office's working hours, i.e. from 08:00 to 16:00, 7. Maintaining order in the external area and in the parking lot of the Office by removing leaves, de-snowing, securing the adjacent area with sand and salt against icing, etc. - the Contractor shall provide the means to perform the above actions. 8. Additional activities for the security guard during the period of on-call duty during night hours (from 6.00 p.m.) 16.00 to 6.00): - making at least three celebrations inside the building at that time, - checking during the celebrations or in corridors, there is no smoke in the ventilation openings indicating the spread of fire, - immediately notifying the appropriate people in the event of a fire, burglary, flooding or other threat being detected, - during the celebration paying special attention to the windows and doors left unclosed, unextinguished lights in the protected object, - observing people moving near the protected object and in the protected area, - taking intervention in the event of a violation of order in the protected area, - active cooperation with intervention groups in the event of their intervention, 9. Maintaining accounting and reporting books on: - entry and exit of persons to and from the Office outside office hours, i.e. 4:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. 7:00, - any incidents related to the breach of security of the building. 10. In addition, the Contractor's employee will be obliged to supervise the Employer's company cars.
