… and all other arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions necessary to complete the investment task. 2) Works All works constituting the subject of the contract should be designed and executed in accordance with the provisions of construction law, technical conditions, health and safety, other provisions applicable to this type of works. The scope of the works to be carried out will be determined on the basis of the functional utility programme (PFU) and the design documentation drawn up by the Contractor as part of this subject of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to carry out construction works together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure based on the design documentation made by the Designer. Within the scope of the contract, the Contractor shall ensure: 1) Author's supervision over the developed design documentation, 2) Obtaining a building permit. The subject-matter of the contract includes the performance of a ‘design and build’ task on the basis of a functional utility programme and its annexes, including a detailed description of the construction tasks which are the subject-matter of the contract. The functional utility programme (PFU) is attached as Annex 8 to the FTZ.
