… lighting – 19 sets, – delivery and installation of LED fixtures for emergency lighting – 9 sets, – delivery and installation of 230 V surface-mounted sockets with covers – 27 sets, – delivery, prefabrication and installation of an electric switchgear – 1 set, - supply and installation of the teletechnical system (3 IP cameras, recorder, monitor, 2 electric locks, RACK cabinet, uninterruptible power supply, wiring and commissioning) - 1 set, - reconstruction of the water supply system, sanitary sewage system and central heating system, execution of mechanical ventilation system. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Terms of Order (SWZ). Where the procurement documents indicate trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process referred to in Article 99 of the Public Procurement Act, they should be treated as examples and the Contracting Authority allows the offering of equivalent materials or solutions provided that they ensure the execution of works in accordance with the construction permit issued and ensure that technical, functional (utility), visual (aesthetic) and quality parameters are obtained that are not inferior to those assumed in the procurement documents. The equivalent device need not be identical to the one described in the FTZ. Instead, it should provide the intended functionalities that fully confirm the suitability of the product for its intended use and the level of its quality – reliability. Materials, equipment or solutions whose main characteristics, which are necessary to ensure their essential function, are not inferior to those laid down in the procurement documents should be considered equivalent.
