… which are necessary to carry out the work, agreeing with a fire expert to the extent required by applicable law, obtaining the required permits necessary for the proper implementation of the investment to prepare safety and health information, exercising author's supervision in accordance with applicable law, preparing measurements and detailed estimates. The scope of construction works includes, among others: execution of necessary demolition and dismantling repair of roofs and replacement of roof skylights replacement of carpets and technical floors repair of ceilings repair of parking expansion joints and repair of poles by performing repair layers spray painting of walls replacement of door joinery replacement of ventilation ducts and ventilation units together with automation and necessary installation replacement of air-conditioning system replacement of c.o.w.u.u. replacement of water and sewage system replacement of all electrical installations - replacement of telecommunications and ICT infrastructure (including LAN, CCTV, DSO, SSP) together with the building of the communication system - execution of marking and visual information Quality guarantee period and warranty for defects: The contracting authority requires that the quality guarantee period for design works, construction works and installed equipment and systems which are the subject of the contract be 60 months from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the contract. In addition, the Ordering Party requires that the warranty period for defects is equal to the quality guarantee period. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a guarantee under the conditions specified in the contract. 2.
