… FTZ is attached for information purposes and serves only to describe the subject-matter of the contract. It shall not constitute a basis for the calculation of the price by the Contractor. 3. The required warranty period for the subject of the contract is at least 36 months from the date of receipt of the construction works by the Ordering Party. 4. Additional information concerning the performance of the contract, including the Contractor's obligations, the terms of cooperation and the conditions for the performance and acceptance of the works, are set out in the draft contractual provisions of Annex II. No. 4 to SWZ. 7. The Contracting Authority informs that the submission of the tender does not have to be preceded by a local visit.
