The area covered by the works is located in forest areas. The place of performance of the contract is the administrative area of the Damnica Forest District: It's a buoyancy. 4. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the works which are the subject of the contract for a minimum period of 36 months from the date of final acceptance. Note - the guarantee period is a criterion for the evaluation of tenders.
