… works shall be determined in particular by: a) Design documentation, b) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works c) Table of Billing Elements, d) Draft contract Requirements for the Road Works Manager The road works manager will perform the following activities when performing the subject of the contract:  organizing and managing the construction in a manner consistent with the simplified draft work plan, SST, the requirements of the Ordering Party, regulations, including technical construction and health and safety regulations,  protocol takeover from the Ordering Party and adequate protection of the construction site,  informing the owners of the property in the nearby works about the difficulties,  keeping construction documentation,  notifying the Ordering Party to check or receive the performed  covered or disappearing works,  supervising the quality and timeliness of performed works,  coordinating the work of own forces and subcontractors,  conducting analysis and progress of works,  preparing post-contract and acceptance documentation, preparing financial and material settlements. The performance of the contract is governed by Polish law, including in particular the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994, the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 and the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019. Note: The documents describing the subject-matter of the contract should be treated as mutually explanatory and complementary in the sense that if any ambiguity or ambiguity of performance is found, the Contractor will not be able to limit the scope of his obligation or the scope of due diligence. Partial Order No 2: Renovation of ul. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works related to the renovation of ul. Suburban in Gorzów Wlkp. in terms of replacing the surface of the bicycle road. The contract covers the renovation of the provincial road No. 151 on a section with a total length of approx. 1 300 m. The investment is located on plots of land register No 2476; 2477; 2475; 2474; 2307/2 - Boundary: 02 of Minnesota. In order to improve traffic conditions on the street in question, its renovation was designed in terms of replacing the surface of the bicycle path and renovating the exit of ul. The emerald one. The construction works will consist in dismantling the existing pavement from the concrete cube and making a basic foundation from broken aggregate / mechanically stabilized cutter with a grain size of 0/31,5 with a thickness of 6 cm (the material of the ordering party) together with a new abrasive layer of asphalt concrete AC 8 S with a thickness of 5 cm.
