Therefore, the offer should not include the performance of a photovoltaic installation, energy storage, modernisation of lighting installations, lightning protection and grounding installations, electrical switchgear, power cables and teletechnical installations. The exemption also includes the provision of electric power to the heat pump, mechanical ventilation devices, domestic hot water installation devices and garage door drive. If the documentation provides for construction or sanitary elements necessary for the subsequent execution of these installations, they must be performed within the scope of this contract, while the execution of wires, protections, power supply and electrical connections remains outside its scope
