… Contracting Authority informs that the Geological Works Project approved by the decision of the Mayor of Wrzesiński of 25 June 2025, ref. WBG.6530.4.2025, covers a wider scope of the project, i.e. the construction of a replacement well opening No 1a and the liquidation of the existing well opening No 1. The subject-matter of the present proceedings is exclusively the construction of well opening No 1a together with works, tests, pumping, measurements and other activities specified in this FTZ, OSP, design documentation and other procurement documents. The decommissioning of the existing well No 1 is not covered by the subject-matter of this contract and cannot be regarded as an obligation of the Contractor arising from this procedure.
