The contracting authority requires the employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities in the field of contract performance, in accordance with Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law in the field of contract performance (construction and sanitary works), the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277 as amended).
