Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje m.in: Część I realizacji – roboty budowlane i wykonanie zieleni, w tym m.in.: 1) roboty rozbiórkowe i demontażowe, roboty ziemne, 2) budowa różnych nawierzchni drogowych i pieszych (wewnętrznych dróg dojazdowych, placów manewrowych i parkingów, dojść i chodników), 3) budowa placu zabaw, 4) dostawa i montaż elementów małej architektury, w tym urządzeń placu zabaw, znaków drogowych, 5) wykonanie instalacji oświetlenia terenu, 6) wykonanie instalacji kanalizacji deszczowej, 7) zabezpieczenie istniejącej sieci ciepłowniczej, 8) wykonanie nowej zieleni (nasadzenia, wykonanie trawników, założenie ogrodów deszczowych) oraz rekultywacja zieleni istniejącej.
