Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje wykonanie remontu nawierzchni ul. Hetmana Stanisława Żółkiewskiego wraz ze skrzyżowaniem z ul. Zagórze w Krośnie, w następującym zakresie: • mechaniczne frezowanie nawierzchni asfaltowej na zimno, z odwiezieniem ścinki na plac składowania, na odległość do 20 km, w miejsce wskazane przez Zamawiającego; średnia głębokość frezowania – 4 cm, wraz z frezowaniem krawędzi w celu nawiązania do istniejącej nawierzchni na głębokość 4 cm – 490 m²; • mechaniczne oczyszczenie nawierzchni drogowej z masy bitumicznej – 490 m²; • skropienie nawierzchni asfaltem – 980 m²; • wyrównanie istniejącej podbudowy mieszanką mineralno-bitumiczną, betonem asfaltowym, z mechanicznym wbudowaniem, o średniej grubości warstwy 3 cm: 490 m² × 0,03 m × 2,5 t/m³ = 36,75 t; • wykonanie nawierzchni z mieszanki mineralno-bitumicznej SMA 8 (warstwa ścieralna) dla kategorii ruchu KR3, o grubości 3 cm po zagęszczeniu, wraz z regulacją urządzeń podziemnych – 490 m²; • wymiana studzienek kanalizacyjnych i włazów – 8 szt.
