Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowe wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na modernizacji, naprawie, dociepleniu i wykonaniu nowego szczelnego pokrycia dachowego na dolnej i górnej części dachu budynku Ośrodka Zdrowia, wraz z wymianą i odtworzeniem wszystkich elementów towarzyszących, w tym instalacji odgromowej, obróbek blacharskich, odwodnienia, kominów i wywiewek wentylacyjnych oraz naprawą gzymsów i elementów podłoża. Celem zamówienia jest uzyskanie trwałego, szczelnego i prawidłowo odwodnionego dachu, poprawa izolacyjności cieplnej, usunięcie istniejących nierówności i uszkodzeń oraz zabezpieczenie budynku przed zawilgoceniem i dalszą degradacją.
