Zakres zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności modernizację dużej i małej sali na I piętrze budynku, wraz z przylegającym korytarzem oraz klatką schodową. Roboty modernizacyjne obejmują również wykonanie niezbędnych prac w branży architektoniczno-budowlanej, sanitarnej i elektrycznej, w tym wymianę instalacji centralnego ogrzewania oraz modernizację instalacji elektrycznej wraz z wymianą oświetlenia w zakresie objętym przedmiotem zamówienia. Inwestycja zlokalizowana jest, na działce nr 50/3, obręb 0060, AM-21, o identyfikatorze działki 026101_1.0060.AR_21.50/3. Szczegółowy zakres rzeczowy został opisany w dokumentacji projektowej opracowanej przez: VERTO CAPITAL SP. Z O.O., ul. Władysława Łokietka 5/2 70-256 Szczecin.
